Pavalyn designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. Some items may not be suitable to be sent to tropical areas. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.

For Products with Alcohol

  • Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws.
  • You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages.
  • Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.
  • For Hampers for Delivery within Australia

In the event of any goods being unavailable, we will substitute other goods of equivalent or greater value. Where two prices are listed, the flower and gourmet hampers pictured represent the base or starting value. Choose the higher value and your order will be increased in size/value compared to the image pictured.

  • Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.
  • Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery, or a claim cannot be processed.

In the event of any goods being unavailable, we will substitute other goods of an equivalent or greater value.

Specific timed deliveries are not possible, even with advanced notice. Our couriers are unable to contact the recipient prior to delivery. However, it is important that you provide a contact number for the recipient so we can contact them if delivery is not possible after the first attempt. You may nominate for your gift to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if required. If no instructions are given the courier will leave a collection card. The recipient will then need to call the courier to rearrange delivery.

Our Privacy Policy

Pavalyn is committed to the protection of your personal information whilst making purchases through our online store or through any of our other sales channels.

Some personal information is asked of users of its various sales channels. This information may include your name, address, e-mail address, contact phone number, credit card type, credit card number and credit card expiration date also the credit card CCV number on the reverse side of the card. All credit card details are not stored for future use.

When you make a purchase we also collect information that allows us to make-up and deliver your order; this includes the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s) as well as personalised card messages.

Pavalyn will not sell or release your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances (unless required by law or in cases where unlawful activity, such as fraudulent credit card use, is suspected).

The security of your personal information is very important to us. We take great pride in providing you with a privacy policy. To further ensure the integrity of data stored on our network we utilize all necessary and available security. We protect you from any internal misuse, by requiring all employees that may come in contact with data gathered to sign a nondisclosure agreement over the data. In addition all employees sign a contract that binds them to the privacy policy.

Credit card information is among the most sensitive and important data that is collected we operate secure servers to minimise the unauthorised use of such information. Credit card information that is transmitted via our secure servers is encrypted.
You will always have access to the information and content that you provide to us. You can readily edit or delete your personal information provided. 

Our Security Policy

We use SSL technology to ensure that data traffic between your web browser and our web server is encrypted. Your credit card number is stored on our site in an encrypted format as well and is always transmitted in a secure fashion. 

Our Delivery Policy

Pavalyn can organise delivery to virtually anywhere in Australia and almost anywhere in the world, where fresh flowers are available. Naturally, our delivery service is subject to local conditions. Delivery is usually available within 24 hours, but occasionally may be longer, depending on time zones and local conditions.

Same day delivery is available for deliveries on the Central Coast for orders placed prior to 3:00PM Monday-Friday. Saturday's 11AM. 

  • The minimum value of an order to be delivered is $45.00 inclusive of gst, plus delivery.

Delivery for Christmas 

The cut off time for guaranteed Christmas delivery within Australia is 12:00 Midday AEST on 24th of December. Due to the large volume of orders that we will be delivering for Christmas, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery for Valentine's Day 

The cut off time for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery within Australia is 11:00am AEST on 14th February . Due to the large volume of orders that we will be delivering for Valentine's Day, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery for Mother's Day 

The cut off time for guaranteed Mother's Day delivery within Australia is 1:00pm AEST the day prior to Mother's Day. Due to the large volume of orders that we will be delivering for Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible.
